Hi, I'm happy to report that my dd has had no regressions in the past two months! Whew! Has started pretend play and has even started drawing again. For some reason she stopped for about five months. I think this is the first time in well over a year that I haven't been worried about something. Still has some things to work on but we've had tremendous progress since starting special ed.

phew - sea of tranquility - it's so nice when the kids are on an even keel. I wonder if typical kids have the sorts of fits and starts, developmentally, that our kids have? In any case, congratulations on the progress and hopefully the smooth sailing will continue.

Great news! I know your shoulders feel ten times lighter for a change.

fred - my dd does not have spurts of growth and regression. It is pretty steady progress - but I'm not totally sure she's NT either...
