cheating | Autism PDD

do you think that maybe he needs visual clues and is not getting them so it's resulted in the cheating?

I don't know because at one time they were having my son look at other kids papers for" visual cueing from a Peer".

My son does not like to mess up, he likes to be perfect and it drives him crazy when he gets something wrong.  Now that I home school him . I see it so much more, "that he is trying to cheat, or look for hints and visual cues.

I wish I could be of more help. Just know that I'm right there along the side of ya ...................just trying to figure it all out

I think he just does not want to get a bad grade so he thinks that cheating will be better than an F... anyway, he came home today and said that he WANTS to be grounded...so sweet.  I think he learned his lesson.

i'm shocked...my son got caught cheating a couple of weeks ago in class.  He came home and told me about it and i proceeded to talk to him about cheating, etc. I also grounded him.  Today, I received a voicemail from his teacher saying that he was caught cheating again!  I didn't ever thing that my son had it in him since he's so to the book...any suggestions?  I guess I'll have to ground him from everything now.  I'm just so disappointed in him.
