Question about starting enzymes Hello... I am looking for help advice on starting enzymes please.  My son has not been able to stick to the GFCF diet however is cutting back on wheat and dairy considerably so I want to try enzymes. Anyone's child doing the enzymes in place of the diet? Where do I start?  I just need a little help getting started from someone who has been there. My son is 3.5 y/o and weighs 39 lbs, 40 inches tall. Appreciate any advice Brock's mom38587.5951273148They are great the older you are the more you need. Digestives ones are what you want. No not a nutrion expert but no a lot on this subject.
