ok. Just be straight with me...LET ME HAVE IT. Can my 9 year old child with autism who im going to put on the wheat/dairy diet....eat ANY type of bread? Ugh. Why isnt there a gluten/cassein free diet for dummies? sigh
There are some GF/CF breads available at Wild Oats/Whole Foods, etc. THere are also many good recipes to make your own with rice flour. You can find these online, or there are specific books you can buy with recipes. I think there is a Gluten free for Dummies book that they sell! Check Amazon. Hope that helps!Kinnikinnick (you can google their site) makes a decent white gfcf bread. Enjoy Life makes a bread.
