Hi, Pat!
I was born and raised in Encino, moved to Marina del Rey when I was 17,
then back to Valley when I was 25 because we couldn't afford to buy
anywhere else when we got married. We currently live in Northridge and
love it. The schools are wonderful. I had a terrible time with a school in
North Hills, but since pulling Connor out of that hell hole and suing
LAUSD, I've had wonderful placement for him in Northridge.
And Lesley, I spend a lot of time in Newport Beach. My parents spend
half the year there in a waterfront apartment near the fun zone. Spring
and summer they live on their boat in British Columbia, so we've gone up
to visit them in Seattle and Vancouver the last two years.Hi Pat! I may have to contact you next year...Plan on moving back to CA by July of next year (waiting for oldest to grad. high school first) So I'd love to pick your brain! (I'm in Chicagoland now, originally from Capistrano Beach/San Clemente area, and my sister still lives in Laguna Beach)

Hi, I am Pat and I live in a large Texas city and was wondering if there were more of us. I've met John n Texas, but that was a giveaway. I'm originally from California and one of my sisters is a Superintendent of a smallish district that shall remain unnameless or she'll kill me. But she's pretty handy for questions and how to get things--at least in CA where she knows the politics.

Cool!. I was born in Santa Monica and lived there til I was 30 when I moved to Chicago! Lived there for 11 years and now in Texas. I have a sister in LA area and another in SF area so I have great places to visit. Let me know if there is ever anything I can do. My sister has been teaching, principalling and then superintendent for 35 years. She really knows her stuff and just laughs when I tell her she is a behind the line spy.
