Not eating or drinking puts him at risk for dehydration -- please be careful! Do whatever you can to get him safely through this crisis.
It sounds like he has feeding issues that have lasted longer than just the past 4 days, so you'll want help in dealing with them in the long term. You may need to consult a feeding specialist, but here's my collection of resources for Pickiness and eating issues. A lot of the articles cover sensory issues.

The eating problems probably have a sensory basis. Here's a link to a checklist for identifying sensory issues.

Good luck with everything! Please keep us posted about your child's status. We'll be thinking of you!
If all he will take is the bottle than give it to him..he needs a BCBA to set up a food program for him to get him to eat new foods..it may take 6 months to just increase his food intake a few items but it does increase. Sarah drank 8 bottles of milk a day till she was over 3 years ...seriously! She would gag on anything else...we got her by miracle to eat veggie crackers (gerber) and then that progressed to chips, chic nuggets...fries..all junk:P
She now eats pb & jelly, chicken sandwiches, cheese sticks, pizza, hot dogs..ect..still junk but she looks normal with peers at lunch time and we can order from most restaurants now:)
There is a book " Just one bite" for kids that are like ours!
