Parker has made some big progress | Autism PDD

This is such great news!YAY!!!! That is fantastic news!!!!!! I have seen a big difference too and it has been a really short period of time. The biggest difference here is Nikolas is actually begining to answer questions and request things. Before he would point and gesture but just refused to talk, he CAN talk, but he won't. I have no idea why. Its almost like he is afraid to. but it is really helping here too.

Today we met with Parker's in home head start person. We haven't seen her since last May. Since May Parker has started his special preschool and aba therapy. Last year we had a hard time getting him to sit at the table and cooperate at all. This morning we were both blown away! He sat through 4 books and even participated! He knew most all of his colors and did lots of spontanious talking. We were both taken back with his progress! I am so glad. I can really see how it's helped him now, even that little bit! I am so proud of my boy!That's great. My ds is only 2 and we start tomorrow...I'm hoping for the same.EXCELLENTThat is so wonderful!!! I am so happy for you and him both.
