Jacob will be in 2nd grade this year--starts next week. I met his teacher a few days ago. Of course none of the teachers know anything of the kids. He's in general ed. I informed her on everything with him. She will be awesome! She has a child just like Jacob who is alittle older. So she has personal experience herself! We even found out that we go to the same psychiatrist!! I hope Jacob has a great year!!!This is great. Make SURE she has a copy of his IEP. Schools are supposed to give the IEP to teachers, but I find that often doesn't happen. Sounds like Jacob will have a great year.THAT IS SO GREAT!!!!
