I really need to know about California - northern, please. Anywhere is the upper half, anywhere! Services, Waiver, Respite, anything and everything please! What is it like to live in California with a child with autism?????? THANKS!I'm in Southern (I know this isn't what you asked about) and are VERY happy with our services. My DD is in a 20 week program (she's 2 1/2) and her program is pretty much going to be mirrored when she turns 3. Obviously some districts are better/worse than others. We are in one that is well-known for it's phenomenal services for SPED.
Are you looking for the Bay area or San Joaquin Valley? I used to live in the Bay area and may be able to help you. I don't know much about Sacramento schools, just nice areas to live.
