has anyone been prescribed efalex its an over the counter fish oil.. my ped wants jess to take it but im not sure on the benifits its not cheap i just shelled out 30 bucks for the bottle...has anyone used it that could tell me if it helped??Yes, my son has been taking Efalex for about 5 years on and off. Fish oil is very good for concentration, and focus. A lot of ADHD children take Efalex in Australia. Now there is a new product called "Eye Q". Simular to Efalex but stronger. (It was on A current Affair about 2 months ago.)

You can buy Efalex from the Chemist of a Health Food Store, cheaper at the Chemist for about $30.00.
