My son has a Child Study eval with a psychologist next month for a sec. opinon or more of a dx., he was tested earlier this year at his school for Autism and qualifies but getting a medical dx for future needs and perhaps other services outside of school. I have sent them the info of all testings from his school and don't want to forget anything, what other info/ should I gather for his evaluation? I just want the most though and the best service I can get. Thanks, any suggestions would help!

Just write everything down that you want to ask
if your like me you will forget
its important you ask if you do not understand anyhting
dont feel like you are pecking them its you and your son thats important not worrying about questions
