Can anyone recommend a good everyday multi-vitamin that is gluten/casein free for my boys with PDD-NOS? I currently use Child Essense in powder form and sneak it in to their food. The trouble is they should be taking like 4 a day and they get closer to 1 a day if I'm lucky. will they take chewables? I found a good one online that noah just lovesWe also use kirkman super nu thera...my son takes the capsules...they do have a liquid but my son can take pills and did not like it...the liquid tastes like poly visol ( the infant vitamin) if that is any help
Check the vitamins for kids by Centrum . My kids take Nordic Berries I order them from nordic naturals.com. The have some good vitamins for kids so check it out hope this helps. They have helped me with my sons eating habits as well as his speech delay
I use Kirkman Labs Super-Nu-Thera for my 9-y-o ASD son, but they have a whole line of vitamins/supplements for GF/CF people.
