Ours is private- no insurance in our country would cover it anyway. However, we are part of a charitable trust and we often receive grants to help cover costs.

This is private funded. The schools here aren't that great. I have heard great things from other parents about this guy, so I sought him out specifically. He comes highly recommended. He is a BCBA because insurance will only pay for a BCBA and there are several people with tricare around here using him, so he knows the system. I'm curious to know if he is going to do actual therapy or show me how to do it and expect to be in charge of it or what exactly. I will post how it goes.post how it goes. This is state funded or private? We are looking into Private becasue our area educ does not do ABA. They have a different approach.

He will come out at 10:30 to meet the boys and observe/evaluate them. He said it would take about 2 hours. I'm not real sure what to expect. And I'm actually a little nervous about it, no idea why. I guess cause I'm not sure what he's going to do, sit in a chair and watch them watch him? LOL! I'm excited too though. I hope to see a lot of progress in the next few months.
