i am so tired of this issues | Autism PDD

my  son always come up with new issues.

its been about a week he start waking on his hills, also he start talking like wisspering . he wont talk loud. he say it so quietly i cant hear him. he scream lagh and do other things so load except real talking. and also he wont hold his drink i have to hold it for him or pick it up from table put it on his hand then he would drink. all this bad habbit recently started. i am so mad i realy had it. do i continue to do this for him or let him get ove it. also i have to add this if i dont give him eater he will ask for ice cream instead of piking up his cup

 You and your son over come 1 issues and get 2+ more at the same time. I understand your fustration.  I had to put up with the voice issues too. 1 child out grows it and the other child starts doing it.  Hi Lili:

I went through (and am still going through) such issues with my ds. I was
told by the behavioral therapist to not give into any of my ds bad habits. As
they become part of his expected routine, he'll have a tougher time breaking
them.

What are the consequences if you don't, say, hold his drink for him? Would
he allow you to your hand over his to pick it up?
