No knowledge of the musuem but have a fun trip..
This is a forum that I have found very helpful when trying to find things out about other states. It is an especially helpful one for finding out about states and areas in reguards to moving or visiting as a tourist. Hope it works and have a great vacation!Well, we leave early Sunday morning. So this week has been hectic trying to get ready to go. We can't last minute things because Meghann's birthday is Tuesday while we will be away so we are having a party for her on Saturday the day before we leave. She will be 10 years old. (Hard to believe already). Anyway, I know I posted a couple of weeks ago about this but did not get too many responses, so I thought I would try again in case there are some who missed the earlier post. Has anyone here every been to the Smokey Mountain Trains Museum in North Carolina? We thought we would take Daniel there while we were in the vicinity because he is such a train lover, but I kinda wanted to know if anyone else has been there. The internet makes it sound great! For him anyway. We have a hobby shop near by that has an elaborate train set up that you can make the trains go yourself and he loves that! Anyway, let me know if anyone has any knowledge of this museum. Thanks!
