Hi All, I need info on EI in VA. My Bro and SIL have a 23 mo. old with a
speech delay and don't know where to begin. I am going to give them a call
to talk them through it, but I would love to do some of their "homework" for
them. Just to help. This is their first child, and the whole process can be
daunting--as we all know.
They live in Falls Church.
