Hope all goes well on exam!

Your husband will learn a lot while in your absent..it will be good for him! He will have a new perspective for your son and for you too!

Goodluck in your exam.  You will do well.  Andrew's Dad and Andrew will both be fine in your absence.

Concernedpa.

Good Luck on the exam and good luck for dad to sample how much effort it takes to take care of your son.  I am sure they will be fine.GOOD LUCK & He'll be fine - who knows he might realize how hard it really is to take it to the 24/7 level then.

And when u r done with the exam, enjoy AC - Have u been to the Borgata? :)

Well, it's finally here...My Family Medicine Board Recertification Exam

This is the longest my husband will be in charge since Andrew's diagnosis of Classic Autism and since we started potty training a year ago.  My husband has not cleaned up poop on a regular basis

Please say a little prayer and wish us both good luck . I KNOW you will do just great on your exams!

I think many mom's secretly wish they had an excuse to leave their
husbands alone with the kid(s) for five days! I know my concern for J's well
being would come in a close second to knowing his Dad was getting a little
"baptism by fire"

Ah, I'm so terrible!

Best wishes to our Doctor !!!

My prayers will also go out to your hubby and Andrew.... I'm sure they'll have a ball of a time !!!

ALL THE BEST !!!

Good luck!

Boards can be tough!

Andrew will do great in your absence though!

Good luck!  I'm sure you'll ace the exams, and I'm sure your DH and son will be just fine while you're gone.

Enjoy the visit with your mom, too.

God bless,Linda

Best wishes........hope all goes well.Good luck to you and your husband.. have a good time away and relax.. Also play some games in the casino you never know you might hit big..  Good luck!

Thanks so much for all the good wishes!

I am back and I think I passed!  Results in 5 weeks.  Andrew and DH did just fine

I did not gamble, but I went to the beach and boardwalk and had fun with my Mom, sister, nieces and nephew

Hope all is well with everyone!

I hope you had a great time and got some rest:)

Keep us posted on passing boards:) GOOD LUCK!!!! To you and your Hubby, I'm sure he will do fine.  when I was in hospital with Nina, my hubby really stepped up and I was surprised how well he did. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!  I know your exam will be fine and I am praying your family will be perfectly fine too.

Fred - what the heck is a nascent goiter?  I understand goiter but not nascent.  LOL.  Get enough sleep so you don't yawn - problem solved!

Hooray for you, girlfriend!  To heck with the dern test, I'm just glad you got 5 days of kid-free fun before you came home to the giant pile on the floor!

Seriously though, we are all so proud of you.  Sometimes the biggest accomplishment we autism-parents can achieve is flossing our teeth AND blow drying our hair on the same day.  Very, very happy for you - you are an inspiration to all of us.

Fred...

Exactly where is your "pain"?  If I were examining your neck, and I was standing on YOUR right with MY right hand on your Adam's Apple, exactly where is the sensation?  Also, does it actually hurt MORE when you swallow OR does it ONLY hurt when you swallow?  Finally, since you mentioned "goiter", does one side of your neck (or if you're really good at anatomy, your thyroid gland) feel larger?  Oh, and could it be a swollen gland (ie lymph node)?

These are my starter questions...

i knew that you would do well and am very proud of you and happy to see you here

you deserve a BIG (((((((((HUG))))))))))

all of the best to you your husband and little andrew
