I haven't heard of Azrin and Foxx. What worked for us was addressing our son's sensory issues (vestibular -- in our case this meant letting him sit facing the tank so he'd have something to hold onto and wouldn't feel so unsteady).

my 5 years old son will keep it as long as he needed till we go to bathroom but for the #2 if i see him act like he needs to go batrom i take him and he will do it other wise he do it on his pants.
he use to tell me he need to go potty. but its been long time he wont say it he keep it.
Azrin and Foxx , Teacch - NOTHING so far has worked for us....... our son is 8 now..........No I haven't heard of it, but have had MUCH success with TEACCH...using pecs for each step.

Just remember, that when your child goes back to school, if he isn't potty trained, make sure it is in his IEP. Yes, they do have an obligation to do that.
