We went to Kings Island | Autism PDD

Sounds like fun!  I'm glad to hear Keith did so well with it, and the whole family had a great time.

...as if Keith didn't get enough stimulation the day before at the party!!!

Tim and I drove 3&1/2 hours to Kings Island with our 3 kids. We left at 5;45 a.m. and arrived about 30 minutes before the park opened.  We left the park at 7:15 p.m.!!!  Now keep in mind Keith was afraid of escalators up until about six months ago!  At four years ago he still was deathly afraid of open staircases.

We All went on almost all of the level 5 rides.  These are the most aggressive thrill rides in the park. Crazy speeds, twists, upside down, etc. I was kind of hoping he wouldn't ride a few of them so I could stay behind with him!  LOL

He was a little over bearing a few times and refused to go in a seat an attendant wanted him to on two rides. (He got in another seat instead.)  He refused to move in the car on the way home a few times to give room and got in a fight with his sister.  She is not always patient with him.

Outside of that he did a great job!!!  I was so happy that we all got to go and we had made a great memory of all of us together having a great time together.

Kings Island... as in Ohio?  I'm from a little town down near the river... about 40 miles east of Cincinnati.

P.S.  Way to go Keith!
