Happiness is....
having Ali in my life.
Also, happiness is found in this email from Ali's dance teacher:
"I wanted to tell you how proud I am of Ali and how well she did in the show! It is hard enough for a normally functioning child to perform on a huge stage with bright lights in front of a 1000 people, but Ali did it without fault. I was so happy as I watched her and it honestly brought tears to my eyes. You have so much to be proud of because without your hard and consistent work with her, she wouldnt be where she is today. Makes me smile when I think about it. Ali has truly inspired me to want to work with special needs children when I get my degree."
when you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.. Just when you think it can not get better things start to look up.. Getting a new kitty (and a shelter one, at that!) who actually LOVES being loved on, by all my kids at once, including T!When your babysitter ( who is far away at her home because of college break, but is returning to our area very soon) calls out of the blue to say hello and ask how the kids are and give me her schedule for the coming year so we can schedule regular weekly babysitting days !
Can you hear me sing "allehuhia"......I was SURE we had scared her off for good !
That made my day !!
