Hi, Peggy, I live in KCMO, Park Hill SD and I am so far happy with our public school.
I do not know anything about the schools near Springfield, however. MO is supposed to be good about funding for Autism ... for what that is worth. I DO know there was a recent article on Floortime coming to a private center in Kansas City and they made a BIG deal of it, like "Everything's Up to Date in Kansas City." UGH. So I kind of think we are slow to implement newer stuff ...
hi, i am new here and wondering if any of you know what public school districts offer good services for children with autism???? my son is 4 and i have heard a lot of positive things about missouri but not experienced any of them. maybe others know something i don't???? we live around springfield, mo any info would be appreciated....THanks
