This is great course if you can access it. DH and I began it two months ago with our darling 2 year old poppet (non-verbal with no signs). Tonight the speech pathologist came again to video us. This was the third time. We taped two routines and then she gave us feedback. It's so amazing to see all the subtle things your kid does which you don't notice because you're so busy/distracted etc. Not to mention professional advice on how to help move your child along with communication.
Anyway we're so proud of our little girl. She signed 'more' and 'finished' consistently and her own version of 'drink'.
Can't recommend the course more highly.
