The March 2007 issue of Positively Autism is devoted to sports, and includes an interview with autism dad Dave Donch, who wrote a novel called "Beast" based on his son's successful Little League experience (he's a good pitcher).
They interviewed Dave Donch, and asked for example:
- What factors do you believe contribute to successful participation in sports for a child with autism?
- What strategies can a coach use to help ensure a successful experience?
- What can players do to support a teammate with autism?
