We're in Southern California now, looking to move but want to go somewhere where the services are good in the school district. We're interested in the San Gabriel Valley area or possibly more to the east (i.e. La Verne or Chino Hills). Anyone know which school districts are good for special ed in this area?
Look at TACA Now and look under meeting places. I know they have one in
Visailia and Santa Rosa. Taca usually is a very good resource in Southern
California. Another organization that I like is LAFEAT. I think you are pretty
smart in checking things out before you move. I live on the border of two
regional Centers.The chances of getting services is better at our regional
Center( Harbor Regional) than Orange county Regional.Sorry, I don't know this area, but if you are interested in the San Fernando Valley, I can help you out. I have gotten phenomenal services here in the Northridge area. Great schools, and a terrific Regional Center.
