I agree with everyone that it could be seizures.
Until you see the dr., I would start keeping a log of all suspicious events. How long it lasts, time of day, what she was doing, what it looked like. The more info you can provide the more helpful it is to the drs.
Good luck.
Scary!
Update us after her doc visit:)
Aww, poor Trinity. Hope you do not ever see this again, but yes, I would take her in!Today I was in Trinitys room with her and she started to whine I looked over at her and she was standing there and got quiet and all the sudden FELL OVER! She fell to the side and her face planted on her mirrored dresser! She started crying I picked her up and held her she seemsed fine in a few minutes and went back to playing. Should I call a doc?? It kinda freaked me out.Yeah, it sounds like she fainted. I'd call your ped. and ask if you should bring her in. My sister fainted once as a child and they ran some tests, but nothing came of it. It's probably nothing, but I'd call it in just in case.We were in her room playing but not that hard. She was not over worked or anything that I think would make her faint. She has never done anything in the past that would give me reason to talk to the doc about seizures. She remained conscious the entire time and even though I know it hurt(she has a high tollerance to pain) and the whole side of her face was red, I think it was a scared cry not a hurt one.is she dx'd with a seizure disorder?
A drop seizure is where you lose use of your muscles it can come with or without loss of consciousness.
I would definitely call a doctor, just to be on the safe side.
Thanks I will call in the morning....
Hugs Trinity!
i agree with all the others...as I usually do...good luck...and i hope it is nothing serious.
