Chapel Hill/Raleigh-Durham Area | Autism PDD

Fred is a father of twin girls on this forum... they live in the Raleigh area.  He is well researched in that area and will probably post soon.

We live in NC, but about an hour away from that area (we're in Randolph Co).  There has been a lot of growing pains going on in the area of which you speak; seems that is the hot spot on the east coast to move to.

Regardless of where in NC you look, be very careful and follow up on every lead you get.  Things change drastically year to year in the schools.

I am looking to move in the next couple of years to the Chapel Hill/Raleigh-Durham area and would appreciate any input that folks may have about autism services and the public school system there. I have a 5 year old with high functioning autism and some behavioral issues...

Thanks,
Arlette
