NT means "neurotypical" and is the word used to distinguish a child without autism from a child with autism. It is more accepted and politically correct than using the word "normal".
IMO = "In my opinion", and IMHO I always took to mean "In my humble opinion"...

IMHO- this one took me a min and I am not a granny so don't feel bad!! IMHO-in my honest opnion. and BTW(by the way) I still don't know what NT means but I feel like a fool asking, I assume it means not-terminal but that kinda sounds harsh.
