NT means "neurotypical" and is the word used to distinguish a child without autism from a child with autism.  It is more accepted and politically correct than using the word "normal".

IMO = "In my opinion", and IMHO I always took to mean "In my humble opinion"...

BIP = Behavioral Intervention Plan
FBA = Functional Behavior Assesment

IDEA = Individuals with Disabilities Education Act

SID = Sensory Integration Disorder, or dysfunction, depending on who you ask

BCBA~Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

ADHD~Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder

ADD~Attention deficit disorder

SIB~Self Injuries behaviors:(

ODD~Oppositional defiance disorder

GFCF~glutein free casien free diet

ASD~Autism spectrum disorder

AS~aspergers disorder

FBA~Functional behavoral analysis

That is all I can think of now.  I had to study to figure some of these out, and then also started a thread to ask as well.  So, don't feel bad at all.
