That is great!!!!  Just wait, there is more of that to come!  THanks for making me smile, I can remember those moments with my DD and those moments are like gold!

WONDERFUL!

KEEP IT UP B, and do not ever stop!!!!

Brendon "let" me hear his voice today.  TWICE!!  The first time we were doing some behavior therapy to get him to leave the fan alone.  It's been very hot in Louisiana lately and fans are needed along with the air conditioning to keep things cool.  Brendon is fascinated by that fan.  I've been working with him for a week trying to get him to leave it alone.  Today he took my hand and lead me over to the fan.  He wanted me to do the behavior modification plan on him.  When he did well I rewarded him at the end by putting him on my feet while I was laying on my back on the floor and bouncing him while saying what a good job he did, and then wrestling on the floor.  When I finished playing with him, he put my hand on the fan and said, "Again."  We went thorugh the whole thing again and then he left the fan alone for the rest of the day.

The second thing he did was actually more amazing to me.  He asked his first question today.  He walked into the kitchen where my dad and I were sitting and said, "Where's Mawmaw?"  I didn't cry or anything, but I wanted to.  I told him, "Mawmaw is making up PawPaw's bed and she'll be here in a minute."  He smiled and started playing with his car.  When my mom came in the room he walked over and gave her a hug.  This is from a child that maybe says 3 words a week.  I'm one happy mama tonight.

THAT'S AWESOME!!!!!  Thanks for sharing!!
