My 8 y o son has NEVER EVER drank water, so I dilute all his juice. I wonder if something happened at home when he was drinking water? I know Allegras little girl Sharlet had some fizzy pop go up her nose and she had the worst time getting her to drink from any type of cup after that. It's extremely important to drink enough water...soda, juice, tea, and any caffeinated drinks don't count toward the 8-8oz. glasses of water we're supposed to drink daily. I personally hate water by itself, so I add a squeeze of lemon or lime to it. I don't know what to suggest, but it's absolutely CRUCIAL to a person's health to get enough water. A person can survive for up to 3 months without food but only about 16 days with no water, so you can see it's importance.
