Sometimes and for some people the answers to particular problems are simple. However, often the answers are more complex. Given that recent studies have indicated the blood supply of unborn

Number one on the list would be an environmental toxic clean up.
Number two would be the consumption of fresh organic whole foods and filtered water. I've read that the use of filters on showers would prevent absorption of environmental toxins through the skin.
Avoiding living in high pollution areas and breathing these chemicals would be an important consideration.
Chelation therapy has been used to detoxify the body of heavy metals.
Supplementing with optimal quantities of vitamins and minerals advised by a nutrition oriented physician might help detoxify pollutants as well as to optimize the energy supply to the various tissue and cells of the body and prevent diseases of under nutrition like subclinical pellagra.
Presently avoiding estrogenic influences is virtually impossible since we are bombarded with such influences from the air we breathe, and the meat, fish and plants we eat. All we can do is minimize the influence. For example, cattle are fed steroids to cause them to gain weight. We end up eating that meat, unless we buy organic. Pesticides and herbicides are said to be estrogenic. In fact according to this video: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5266884912495233634 all meat sold in the
Since progesterone opposes estrogen, it may counteract some of these estrogenic influences. Unfortunately, I haven't seen specific studies regarding this issue. Since babies are influenced even before conception, it is important than any preventative approaches be implemented before conception. Furthermore, studies indicate that the majority of men have either decreased sperm production, fatigued sperm or abnormal sperm, this needs to be treated as well. For more information, link here:

Promoting estrogen in such cases is tantamount to disease promotion and very profitable for Big Pharma. Discrediting progesterone and vitamins in general is tantamount to genocide, in my opinion. For more on this link to: http://www.parenting-healthy-children.com/facts-about-vitamins.html

In the past I've read where women thought they were receiving progesterone when in fact they were not. Apparently many doctors were confused about the difference between progesterone, which is natural to the human body, and progesterone derivatives, like Provera, which are not. There is a great deal of misinformation concerning this matter. Many believe it is purposeful to discredit natural progesterone and get women to use either Provera or Premarin, both of which yield huge profits to Big Pharma and have innumerable side effects sending women in for yet more tests and treatment resulting in even greater profits for the pharmaceutical industry.
For example, if you link to this page: http://www.progesterone.com/provera.html, notice that Provera is referred to as "synthetic progesterone." This is incorrect. Both progesterone and Provera are synthetically produced. However, Provera is neither natural to the human body nor does it have the same chemical structure as progesterone. Notice the side effect profile as well. They are totally different hormones. Link here for more information:

The complexity of preventing behavioral disorders due to possible brain damage is revealed in the number of known variables involved, such as these:
1. Environmental toxins
2. Organic whole foods
3. Avoiding processed foods, sugar, food additives, etc
4. Filtered water
5. Progesterone, thyroid hormone, vitamins, and other supplements
6. The time factor: prior to conception
7. Human males drop in sperm count by over 50% since 1938, and his abnormal and fatigued sperm
8. Chelation therapy
9. Avoiding polluted areas, X-rays, radiation, etc.
10. Misinformation for profit by the medical-industrial complex
It's not surprising that people are confused for this problem is complex.
