I just received the dvd from Amazon, "Spectrum Connections: Connecting
Through Music." A music therapist who has worked w/ a lot of ASD kiddos
created this series. My dd seemed to enjoy it, it was fun & they help w/
transitions on the dvd too. Aside from featuring non-annoying music (more
like Laurie Berkner than say Barney--thank goodness! LOL!), the songs teach
things like sitting, saying hello, etc. Fun songs to hopefully help dd with
skills that the usual PBS/Nick fare don't teach. Thought I'd share...
The next one I'll order is on Emotions. These are great for the kids here that
are under 5 or 6. I love that I can find them on Amazon!!!
