Please help me anyone..I live in orange county california and am looking for a neurologist or psych. doctor who deals with autistic young adults who have been abused, Justin's behavior is getting worse, and I am thinking that he might need a med to help. The problem is is that he is already on ablify and has been for years. Maybe it just isn't working, or maybe it is causing problems in and of itself.
I need help in finding someone who can help justin.
Also people I have come to count on for support, my boyfriend, are now saying put him back in a group home....after all the crap he has been thru? I can still see his face the last time I left him a home..It was horrible.
Sorry I am babbling...I need a doctor to help...any one got any ideas?
i dont know much about the medical side of treatment here in CA, esp. outside of sacramento. but the number below is for the president of the Orange County Autism Society. Maybe she could at least point you in the right direction
