Karrie Actually he hasn't seen my lease, lol. I have it tho. And here the lease is transferred. But I did know it was up for sale, you know the right price, you will sell. Hopefully he will do something about the business. I know I am getting some sort of alarm or lock. Tammy My lease says no pets. Now he did say he hasn't seen my lease. But right now it is month to month. Apparently he thought I just moved here? Duh it will be a year on July 28th. But I told him it is suppose to be no pets and that she brings her dog over alot and my kids lung specialist doesn't like that. And he did say that yelping by the dog is not good in general. I also told him that they never open on time. Because he asked what time they open. I said 11 but they never open on time. He said they should hire me part time. I said I don't get along with them at all, especially the one with the dog. So who knows how this will go. Oh yeah he also said maybe I didn't want to live here with two kids being on lake st. and all. I said actually it was quite quiet. That I like it here. Tammy Tammy what time did the new landlord eventually leave? Is there a no pet policy in the building (although he could change it either way and grandfather the people in if there was previously)? I hope this doesnt turn into some major mess for you! Whats going to happen with the record business? Maybe you can get them out of there especially if other people are complaining too! Tonight around 9 I think I got a visit. It was from my new landlord. Apparently the building was sold. So I briefly told the new landlord about them having that dog next door today and it yelping. He acted like that wasn't cool. But you know what, he is still hanging around outside. It is now after 10:30. I need an extra lock on my door. Have to call a locksmith on that. I might have problems with the new landlord. I did tell him I had two kids but I didn't say anything about their autism. If he makes it an issue I will. Now I did tell him that the youngest has asthma and the doctor was not pleased with that dog being around. Also I got this uncomfortable vibe off of him too. 715 Tammy Well I hope things go well with this new landlord and he doesn't turn out to be another mr. creepy. Karrie Does he got money??????

Are you trying to play matchmaker? Tammy I hope everything turns out OK. Sorry your going through this but maybe he likes you and you will be his favored tenant? A word of advice don't get in a football discusion and cut on his favorite team.

Tammy Last night when I took the recycles out at 11:45 p.m., the hallway, which is also the fire exit, smelled so strong of perfume my eyes instantly starting watering, my throat dried up. Now I have allergies. Gabe has asthma. Could you imagine the effect it would had had on him with asthma? That thing is doing this just to antagonize me. And this morning that perfume smell is in my living room, even tho I did air out the hallway last night. So this morning I opened the downstairs door again, to air it out some more. She is gonna learn quickly not to antagonize me anymore. If she wants that stupid record store smelling like a perfume shop then more power to her. I don't have to put up with the hallway and my apartment smelling the same way. Tammy Dear Tammy, some men, especially old one, like to play 'daddy' to younger women. and they all like to fell like the protector of the helpless. Down here, we Southern belles know how to make a man feel real needed without giving up anything and getting what we want. I'm not saying seduce. but use your feminity to get the old guy on your side. Make him feel that you really need his help to deal with the mean old lady that is picking on your helpless babies. After all, you're just trying to be a good mother for your little ones. You do need just a little protection from the witch.

Tammy Okay update here...........where do I start???? Well lets see, there is a thread on the heat. Alright called inspections on that one. I guess he finally got in touch with inspections and told them the heat was on. He didn't know that inspections would call me to verify that the heat was on. Of course it wasn't. He turned it on two days later. So legal aid sent him a notice of repairs that needed to be done. And inspections has some orders on the place on things that need to be done. He has until the 15th of this month to get that done. Well , surprise, surprise, I don't think he is gonna do those. He told me Saturday, when he came by to get the rent, that he wanted to terminate our arrangement. His excuse was he is gonna turn the apartment into commercial space. Yeah right, like I believe that. He is mad that I called inspections. Hey , he should had turned the heat on the first time I called about it. I told him I need a written statement on the notice to vacate. He said he would get it to me in January. Okay, we will see on that. Last night I noticed that there was a draft from my window in my bedroom. The top part of the window had slipped. Okay easy thing to take care of right? Wrong!!!! Now it is in the down position and won't stay up where I can lock the darn window!!! This morning I got up and no heat!!! Its coming on but its not putting out any heat. So I called him this morning, before 7 a.m. , and got voicemail of course. I told him the heat was out and the window needed to be fixed and that I wanted this fix immediately. Still need to call legal aid this morning and ask them about this so called eviction. Tammy Still waiting on legal aid to call back from yesterday, lol. Apparently the landlord doesn't have a license, a rental license for this property. You have to have one for every property that you rent out to be able to legally collect rent. He don't have one for this address. And he hasn't fixed my bedroom window as of yet. Its been almost 24 hours on that one. It got down to 50 degrees in my bedroom last night. Now that is cold. Tammy It wouldn't take much to fix it. He could a. go up to the reuse center where you can sometimes find brand new double pane windows or b. go out to home depot and get one. I was talking to the kids granddad about the inspection orders. And we came to the conclusion that between us two we could have all the orders completed in three days max. And keep in mind their granddad is blind!!!! Also something else I remember is when he was over here this weekend to get the rent, Jeffrey asked him if he was the new landlord. He said no, just a friend of his. Which was an outright lie. Now if he was trying to joke around with Jeffrey he failed miserably at it. And since then Jeffrey keeps on asking me about that. And remember Jeffrey cannot joke around and he thinks in black and white. I consider that being very disrespectful towards a child that has a disability. Tammy Its been awhile since I have been here. Been busy. Okay on the landlord stuff...............I won!!! I had free rent for the months of January and February. Moved out the beginning of March and he was suppose to meet me on the third to give me back my deposit as per our settlement agreement. He claimed he forgot. Uh huh yeah right. So I got my deposit back. All of it. Little side note here, his son's kid was roommates in college with Marion Barber III, who is now with my team, lol. So the landlord told me he was gonna move in a business. I thought he would keep the residential side since the license is good for a year. And that is what he did. I mean I would too. Okay so now I live in a house, which my kids love. We have two kittens, yes two of them. And my brother, who has bipolar, is living with me now too. All in all not too bad. Except this summer it is Gabe's turn to have the behavioural issues. Oh yeah and for the record, no I don't like the T.O. signing and no I aint buying his jersey
