No wonder traffic is a mess | Autism PDD

Had to go out to home depot today.  So as I am riding on the city bus I see this traffic sign.  You know the ones that tell you detour or one lane only and its flashing.  It was suppose to say prepare for traffic delay.  What it said is prepare for braffic belay.  Never heard of that one before.
