What’s going on here? | Autism PDD

Sorry but the telephone company didn't forget you have the internet service.  It is in a different department and uses different technology.  Sooner or later they will turn it off.  And the longer it stays on of course the more they can bill you on that too.  I had the phone disconnected because I was moving and the internet was the last to go.

This is just too weird!

I was told I would lose my internet first. I haven't been able to pay the bill without suport. So I figured the net would be gone by now.

I'm wondering if my line is screwed up? Could the phone be off and internet be left on? I was told I would still have 911 services and I don't the phone has NO SOUND at ALL. What do you have when your phone is disconected? Dial Tone or just silence?

I'm a little afraid if I call and report this they might take my internet too. I have my internet through my phone company services. Any IDEAS?

If you have no dialtone, i don't see how you could call 911. When I had my phone turned off, they forgot to turn off the internet. It happened to me 3 different times. And yes, the phone line is just dead.  Once I couldn't pay my bill, and the other two times my ex's girlfriend called up and had all my stuff turned off!

Anyway, I think sometimes they just forget you have internet, and they don't turn it off. I am no expert on it, but that's what happened to me!
