You can check the website autism speaks.org they might have some in your area or call your local hospital sometimes they have support groups that meet once a month i know ours does for parents of children with pdd..
online there is a meetup.com (free!) and you type in what group and area you live in and they will email you when meetings are coming up..havent done them yet but maybe one day.
I believe there is an Autism Society in just about every state. Just Google it for your state and you should come up with something. We have gotten a lot of great info from ours in Maine and it has some fantastic programs we have utilized frequently.
