 There is.....my dear friend went to that program and Brenda was her advisor....she said it was an awesome program.

 

 

 

I think there is one at the University of Kansas and it is run by Brenda Smith Myles I believe.  I have heard her speak and met her a couple times she is AMAZING!

I am interested in more in-depth training than most special education programs offer. If you know of any universities in the States or the UK that have autism-focused programs, I'd love to hear about them.

  Carl Clinic in Urbana IL COULD PROBABLY HELP YOU WITH THAT. They are affiliated with the college and often get thier employees from there.

I think there are very few programs of this kind in the us.  I could be wrong though.

I would look at http://www.iub.edu Indiana University Bloomington. We have
a center specifically on the study of autism so I know if nothing else there is
definately a focus available.Check out Columbia and Simmons U..... they both have top notch special ed programs with a strong emphasis on autism.... You get Dr. Greer at Columbia and he was mentored by Skinner himself...so...the resources there are phenomenal...we have worked with graduates from both schools and have not been disappointed yet!!
