Gordon College and Summit Academy Schools are co-sponsoring an education conference on June 29 and 30, on the Gordon College Campus in Wenham, MA - just north of Boston.
The featured speaker is Rick Lavoie, who will be discussing education issues for learning-disabled students, and additional speakers will be covering Social Competence and Therapeutic Activities for children with Asperger's, High-functioning Autism and ADHD.
The title of the conference is: The Education Challenge: Asperger's Syndrome & ADHD. Resident and commuter registrations are available; accommodations for Friday and Saturday are offered on-campus, just minutes from the North Shore.
The full (resident) rate for the two days is 0 - which includes accommodations and meals on Friday, Saturday and Sunday breakfast. The commuter rate is 0 for both days, for Friday and 0 for Saturday. There will be exhibits and displays as well.
