	The Dr. Gertrude A. Barber National Institute invites you to join   Thomas Kitchen, MS, BCBA Coordinator of the Intensive Autism Program   for   “Weighing the Options”   An informational program addressing what parents and practitioners should look for in interventions for children with autism, with a focus on evidence-based practices     Tuesday, May 8 6:30-8:30 p.m. Barber National Institute Forum 100 Barber Place (accessible from the Bayfront Parkway)   Thomas Kitchen, MS, BCBA, has worked with children with autism and their families as a direct-care therapist, behavior specialist, educational consultant, and curriculum specialist. Currently, he coordinates the Intensive Autism Program in the Elizabeth Lee Black School at the Barber National Institute. He also acted as Project Co-coordinator of a specialized autism training program for parents and practitioners funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
