magnesium, B12 and zinc | Autism PDD

Okay....I printed a nice form about a week ago...took it with me to Costco while shopping for magnesium, b12 and zinc...and have misplaced it ...probably left it in the cart.  It was a very nice form and explained about how much to give a person based on their weight...from the get go and then what to try to balance it out at...starting them out slowly.

If you have this info...could you print it or send me a website link that has it?
never mind....I finally googled the same thing I googled last time and found the page.

I don't remember the exact dosage of the other ones
but one caution is you should not give more zinc than weight in
lbs + 10 mg. Zinc overdose is dangerous apparently.  Zinc should
also be given with food I think. With Magneisum, the most effective
form is Magnesium Glycinate.

Good luck
Ryan is 43 lbs and gets 20mg of zinc/day. Only because blood tests showed he needed it
