Our son is 2 y.o diagnosed with PDD. We plan to move to northern New
Jersey and will be looking for a house in Bergen, Passaic, or Essex
county. Exact location is not important to us, the main criteria
will be a good school district and good EIP from local municipality.
Can someone who lives/lived in one of these counties share their
experience? Can you recommend what counties/townships/school discticts
are good and which one to be avoided?
I would
appreciate any information. Thanks!
Thanks everyone who responded to my posting

Cyndie did you forget how to do links in here? Have to teach you how to do that again huh?
Tammy No I don't know what she is talking about. What I do is , you see where the box for the right turn arrow is right above where you type your reply message? You click on that, then you hit the backspace button on the keyboard. If you had another window open you go up to the address bar, right click and say copy. Go back to this window and right click on the box that says Hyperlink info and say paste, then hit enter. Then once it is in this box, hit space or return key. And you should have a link that is already underlined. Tammy I live in Hudson County. Here is a good link to SPAN, which is Statewide Parent Advocacy Network on special education. I am sure that they would be a good resource of schools in New Jersey. You should give them a call. They are very helpful. Good luck on your move. Hi we are a family currently living in U.K and services here are a constant fight. We have heard of New Jersey services for autism and that Bergen County seems particularly good! Does anyone knows New Jersey and info on its services please let us Know. Thank you, Carla -Cambridge U.K
