Tomatis or Horse Therapy. | Autism PDD

I want to know if any of the parents on the forum have tried horse riding, or the Tomatis method as therapy for your child, and if so,I would like your feedback on any progress he or she might have had. I tried to get The Tomatis method for Sebastian last summer from a place that offered it out of Dallas, because no one in Houston offered it. They would come to Houston only if 15 or more parents wanted the service, but we could not afford 3,000.00 per 10, 30 minute sessions. I'm a big advocate for horse therapy. Having ridden myself for over 25yrs, and having a horse in a theraputic program.....I was involved with it before having my son, and even more so now that I have a son with ASD....

I highly recommend it! Animals can touch a life unlike anything else, the theraputic benefits are amazing..
