Here are a few places I came up with although I have no first hand knowledge. I would suggesting contacting several schools speaking with them touring their center asking questions observing classes and so forth and deciding where your son may fit in best.

UM-ADDM is a collaborative undertaking of the CDC and the University of Miami.

I am relocating to Miami area.  My son is 4 years old with autism.  As I started to look for housing, is there any good school (private/public) or school district that you recommend?  I would appreciate any information.  Thanks!
