I'm not sure how close you live to the University of Florida, but I have heard of a doctor named Dr. Tim Vollmer who comes to Louisana every other month. I only jotted down his name and this brief info, since he doesn't come to my parish(county). Maybe you could google his name and get in contact with him and he can help.
