Iam luckey if they come buy once a month. I need help with things on an every day level. I need money for the spiecal foods and for toys and gating. Does any one know of funding in philadelphia besides ssi?
Lauralee,
Sorry to hear you're having a problem with your TSS worker. Must be very frustrating on top of dealing with your child's disability. You don't have to accept bad TSS servcie. There are a number of grievance responses: Call Member services at CBH (1-888-545-2600). File a complaint wiht the Consumer Satisfaction Team at 215-923-9627. File a complaint with the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services at 610-313-5426. Or contact the agency who employs the TSS and see if they can assign you another one. Hope that helps.
