hi, i am new to this forum and hope i can get some answers here. our son is on the gfcf diet for 2 months now. we also startet with cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, probiotics and c0-q10 the same time. so far so good, he did good and after 4 weeks we added more supplements. SNT, DMg, b12 shots, a lotion with gluthatione.
for about 2 weeks he is gagging like crazy. he startet with gagging, just sticking his tongue out and shortly after that he startet with sticking his finger in his throat. he has days where he is not doing anything else, mostly in school.
we have a very good doctor who is with us always and helps us with the supplements. but we are getting concerned that nicky has really some problems with his stomach.
and of course there is always the questions if he is doing that gagging for stimming.
what to do? we will see a GI doc in a couple days, but i fear he can not help us and will tell us we are not doing a good thing with the supplements.
i would hate to et him of the diet and supplements. he did so good. more sounds, more alert, it was just going perfect.
