I want to request any reports they plan on presenting at Anthony's IEP which is scheduled for February 16th. I have a feeling they're going to try to take his social work away? Do I request that from the special ed teacher or from the case manager?

Also, I have a report from the doctor's office with his dx and his educational requirements. Should I send them a copy of that now?

past and she had no problem sending them to me.. I also sent them
a copy of the dx. from my son then that is when we scheduled a IEP
review..
Every state calls the person something different. But I believe you ought to send the request to whomever chairs your IEP meeting or the Director of Special Education. If there's a case manager, you can ask to whom to send your request. In NY, the District is required to send IEP meeting paperwork 5 business days before the meeting, upon request.
