That is fabulous!!!  I did the same with my ds :P  Popcorn was the only way he would stop covering his ears .... I think my ds took the song I live to move it Way to Seriously though ;)

The big thing I liked was that there weren't any "dark" and scary scenes... that traumatized my ds and he has refused to go to the movies for the last 3 yrs.

I am so very happy to report that I took Megan to the movies expecting the ussual mess of trying to keep her in her stroller and keep her from screaming and disturbing others, but surprise me she did. She sat through Madigascar and only needed help a couple times.. As long as i kept the popcorn a commign she was good.. So good that my middle child who always goes to the movies with us said MOM SHE WAS GOOD.. Hoooorahhhhh... Maybe it was the animals in the movie who knows but it sure was nice for a change..

Susan,

That is great!!!  I took my kids to see Madigascar too!!  What a cute movie huh????  My son also really enjoyed the movie.

way to go Megan !!!!!!!way to go Mom!!!!! how great that must of been. i guess maybe you should try popcorn all the time lol. great to both of you. take care. mom2carlo. Yay for Mom!
Yay for Madagascar!
(We own some Dreamworks stock! )

The popcorn wasnt new I do that every movie. I have no clue why she was so good lol.. Maybe she liked this movie better or maybe it is cause I am using the bigger stroller now. Which brings me to another question what do i do when she is too big for even the big stroller, that time is comming fast. The stroller is the only thing that keeps her calm in new places. If i take her out of it we have running arround pratically peeling paper off walls, screaming etc which often ends up in melt down... Any post stroller ideas.. I tried a child harness ohh man that didnt work lol

Congradulations Megan!

Susan,

I have had the same situation with Takoda. I also have a toddler who requires a stroller. Last year because I didn't have a double stroller I bought a nice wagon. It's working really well but it takes up alot more room in my minivan.

I don't think it would work well in theaters but it works well for fleamarkets and amusement parks.

PS I found it in Almish Country and it has inflateable tires and turns with the front and back axels. I LOVE IT!
