I was pretty wrapped up with Brodey trying to get him to eat and playing with him to make him happy and comfortable. I was just keeping that watchful tracking eye on Takoda. I observed him playing on playground equipment and entertaining himself not really avoiding but not playing with other kids. I thought he's doing pretty good he hasn't asked to go home. Later I talked to sis about the party and she asked if I noticed what Takoda was doing? I said playing comfortably. She said No he was doing more then that. He was following a small group of kids around his age (one being sis's 3 y/o) and mimicking their play. When they went to slide he followed. When they played cage animals in the monkeybars he climbed in the cage too!
I wish I had seen this first hand but it still made my day!
