My son is doing PECS in his PPCD classroom but, his therapist are teaching him signs. He is doing so well with the signs and I would love if they would impliment it into his classroom setting as well.
How do you go about redoing the IEP along with getting an ARD meeting I have never done this before so I have no clue!

If I were you, I'd first ask that an autism consultant be brought in to observe your son's communication across settings. Both PECS and sign do the same thing but each has both positives and negatives. The consultant and/or the speech therapist should be able to explain this to you. Whatever happens, consistency across environments is key, including at home.
